Narre Warren-South Meditation
Paul Manning is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, NLP Master Practitioner, Master Ericksonian Hypnotherapist and Life Purpose Coach.
Paul first experienced meditation in 1997 to help reduce stress and to deal with negative health issues and soon learned the power of the mind and the benefits that regular meditation offer. With the intention of learning meditation at a deeper level, Paul has traveled Australia learning the practices of different philosophies and religions from Chan, Zen, Taoism, Hare Krishna, and Mindfulness.
In 2016 Paul decided to take it further and went to on to complete his Mindfulness and Meditation Certification to take meditation to the wider community, he has since expanded his Meditation teaching into NLP, Hypnotherapy and Life Purpose Coaching as he is passionate about helping people gain clarity and confidence and reach their personal and professional goals.
Paul is located on the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and is married with 2 daughters.
